Often find myself looking at an event and the back buttons disappear, the bottom menu icons disappear, there is no way to go back, and you have to kill the app and reopen, and start all over. Also can no longer see my listings the same day as the event. Why?!?! Why wouldn't there be better QA? If it ain't broke, don't fix it! But now it is broken, so please actually fix it!

User beware: this app will somehow allow you to sell a ticket more than once on its platform and then make you pay to fix the situation.

I’ve had two experiences within the past year where my tickets have been resold to another person. The first time was to attend an Inter Miami vs. LA Galaxy game in LA to see Lionel Messi play, something I had wanted to see for 10+ years. I bought the two tickets well before the event for $1000+. The day of the event, I arrive to the venue, and I get rejected at the gate for having invalid tickets. This was soul-crushing, especially since I had been looking forward to an experience like this for over a decade since Messi was my hero growing up. The second time an experience like this happened was two weeks ago when I bought tickets to go to a FC Barcelona game vs. RCD Espanyol in Barcelona, Spain. I was studying abroad in Madrid, but had bought tickets to see this decisive match in the Spanish league title since I have been a FC Barcelona fan since I was in elementary school. I made this trip (one night with a train ticket back to Madrid at 5:45 AM) solely for the match and to potentially see my team win the title. I arrived at the gate and again my ticket ($300) was denied. FC Barcelona also ended up winning the game, and, in turn, the league because of this match, which meant I also missed their celebrations. In total, expenses (BESIDES the ticket) between transportation and food (cheapest food option since I am a student) were around $300. Although I got a refund for both of the Inter Miami and FC Barcelona tickets, it’s so incredibly frustrating that StubHub allows almost enabled experiences like these to happen to its customers. Two moments that I had waited literally over a decade for were ruined by StubHub’s general negligence/incompetence and unwillingness to obligate its sellers to provide tickets that people have already paid for in advance!!! Between these two experiences, I have $400+ in expenses related to the events which I thought I was going to be able to attend that StubHub has never compensated me for despite being directly responsible. Please don’t ever buy tickets from StubHub again if you care about attending the event you wish to go to. They only care about your money and nothing else! I will never shop through them again.

Purchase a parking pass for event and never received ticket. Said to wait close to event and I did but never received ticket event started and ended late said I would contact next day less then 24 hours later contact customer service and they say I have to contact day of didn’t have time as show started. Still says waiting for vender on account and they can see that and still refuse to give refund it’s only about 30 bucks but it’s wrong they allow people to sell tickets and get there money and never send customer there ticket. Very disappointing as stubhub Is been great for years and first time I have experienced this. Wrong saying I contacted then to late so make sure during your show you get on with h them and fight it then and miss your show.

if you want tickets guaranteed you’re much better off at getting them on ticket-master directly . they send you the tickets there anyway like a few weeks before the actual concert. I just had to buy new tickets on ticketmaster just because these idiots over here waited until today to tell me the seller could not provide me for the tickets i paid for and basically made me choose a different seat. I want what I paid for , if I wanted other seats I would have gotten other seats. so now I have to sell that ticket so I can at least get my money back. don’t waste your time. go to ticketmaster if you want to make sure you definitely got those tickets.

Sellers can decide they want to resell for a better price, and never have the intention of sending you a ticket. StubHub kept telling me to contact them later for the refund or replacement ticket. I never received an email from them until I requested the refund again the day after. I’m glad I took it into my own hands to buy another ticket elsewhere. Will never use StubHub again.

The new version of the app makes changing prices difficult. Example if I wanted to change it from 209 to 199 I’d normally have to hit delete 3 times but now when I hit delete to remove the first 9 the keypad disappears and my new price is $20. Bring back the old interface please or sellers prices may be wrong.

I go to 2-3 events a month, buy last minute and use all the apps. Stay so far away from these thieves. The fan protect guarantee is a lie. If there’s an issue with tickets they offer the buy 25% back, fine the seller and keep the hundreds in profit. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with.

I’ve been on the phone over five times with the StubHub team and each time I get a different answer. I was supposed to have an even tonight and they’re telling me I’m supposed to receive and email for a refund/replacement ticket except I’ve been told that since Thursday and no email. Nobody seems to know anything. Everybody always gives me a different answer. I paid almost 300 bucks for one ticket. And I still don’t even have an email. They said it was MY fault at first but it was actually the seller who sold the tickets to MY seller who canceled the tickets. HOW IS THAT EVEN ALLOWED?! I fully paid for my ticket and you’re telling me that seller is just allowed to cancel my ticket and I don’t even get an immediate refund? You’ve got to be joking. I talked to some lady and I told her I needed to speak to someone different because I was tired of being on hold for an hour and a half and she said “well you can speak to my supervisor” so I said yes I’d like to do that and then she told me no. She literally told me no after I’ve been more than patient. I bought these tickets in MARCH 16th . It is now MAY 24th, the DAY OF THE CONCERT. still not ticket , no email, and no refund. I’m currently on the phone with them for the 6th time and it’s now been another 30 minutes on hold.

I bought tickets back in February and tried to accept my tickets and nowhere to be found in mlb ballpark app or Ticketmaster. Called customer service for a week and nothing was handled called back day of the game and was hung up on if you ever have to get tickets use Ticketmaster Stubhub is rude and full of incompetent people never ever have I been hung up on if this reaches anyone I hope you take this into consideration this app is a joke and a scam

Do not give these people your money. I’m a youth baseball coach, I bought four tickets to a ball game for some of the boys. We jumped through several hoops to “claim” our tickets. It never happened. They were never actually transferred. You do get tons of emails saying get ready for your tickets. We made several attempts to get the problem solved . That never happened either. Customer service , is horrible and can be very mouthy. They look for every way to discredit the buyer. I dont normally do reviews at all , good or bad. But this deserved one. There’s a reason why they say tickets will come up to a hour before the show. That way if the tickets don’t show up, you sit on the phone for a hour or so. Then you missed the event. then they tell you sorry no refund it’s past the event how do we know you didn’t go. Their guarantee is lie, don’t fall for it. You are in no way protected from losing your money. Do not be fooled. How they have 4.8 stars is beyond me after reading the endless reviews similar to mine.

I was unable to sell my tickets that i originally purchased on stub hub, their tech support was unable to help me and i spent hours trying to figure out why. Ultimately it has something to do with the fact i used apple login as my account. Their tech support was very low level and less than helpful, had to figure it out in my own.

Informed me a few days before the concert that the seats that I purchased a month ago are not available, and that they told me that had to ‘upgrade’ my seats, only that it was to the last row in the stadium in the worst section possible. Customer service didn’t do a thing, I had to purchase another pair of ticket from another seller when the price had gone up tremendously. Don’t trust their so called fanprotect policy, scam of a company.

I saw her in November i bought tickets. I was very scared bc ppl say it wasent working. Next minute i got the tickets and it worked! I was so happy. Im buying my next billie tickets on this app! Thank you stubhub ! Best day of my life and i get to go back!

I literally bought tickets for Kendrick and sza show just for it to be refunded to me, app told me they DONT CONTROL THE ORGANIZERS AND ITS VENDORS WHO DOES, never got the ticket and StubHub instead gave me a new ticket but not the same one and even when I got the new one a VENDOR HAD TO SEND IT TO ME LIKE CMON STUBHUB, yall don’t even have ticket ready, Disappointing I came so far away and got denied by StubHub, Please don’t buy them here , they ARE SCAMMERS

StubHub’s business model is premised on taking your money for tickets they don’t have possession of. They’ll hold your money and if the seller doesn’t deliver, your only recourse is a refund 30 minutes before the event. So basically they get a free loan. Not sure how this is legal but beware! Plenty of horror stories on Reddit.

Don't use this to sell tickets. I placed a listing to sell one of my Rockville tickets and when it was sold I went to print the shipping label to send the package only to realize that the buyer did not provide an address to ship the ticket to. I decided to contact support and they said I had to wait at least two days in order to cancel the order if the buyer didn't send the address so two days passed and I contacted again and they told me the order was already canceled free of charge and that I could list the ticket again to be sold, so I listed the ticket again and it was sold in one day. Then they gave me a wrong shipping label 3 times and I had to create a shipping label on my own and send them the tracking number trough email. They confirmed they got the tracking number only to send me an email days later that I did not send the package so I had to send them the tracking number again in oder for the to confirm that I did in fact send the tickets. When I though it was finally done I received and email telling me that I didn't send the ticket to the first order(which they told me it was canceled free of charge) so I contacted them again and they told me to ignore the email and file a dispute when I was charged for the cancellation of the order they supposedly cancelled for free. They go ahead and charge me a $70 dollar fee for the first order and when I reach out they told me that I made a second listing of the same ticket and that was the reason that I didn't send the ticket to the first buyer. So not only did they lie and tell me that the order was canceled but they also charged me for it even though they said it was canceled on their end because the first buyer didn't send the shipping address. Also, I haven't received the payment of the second listing even though it's been more than 5 days of the event.

The tickets don’t work

Purchased two tickets, received one asked for them to correct the issue, gave them time to correct the issue, they haven’t corrected the issue and are refusing a refund.

i lowkey started to go to concerts more often once i had my first experience and i am soo grateful to this app because i’ve found such great prices for artist that i love 😩😩 what i love even more is that they provide multiple payment option, and my favorite happens to be afterpay which they have!! n don’t be mistaken i don’t spend crazy amounts but being a student myself i like to cut the prices in half so it isn’t that much of a hole in my pockets instantly. sooo i recommend this app soo much. u just really have to check in daily for what you’re looking for and it’s work it!!!

Terrible app and customer service

Ticket refunds are terrible, they make you resell them, and you have to sell them below what you paid and you still don’t know if they’ll sell. Then on top of that, they take a percentage of what you sold the ticket for. And even on top of that they make you wait a week after the event takes place to even pay you even if the tickets sold months prior. Complete rip off / robbery if you end up not being able to go to your event or have to cancel. Completely a nightmare

Easy to use - the “favs” feature is easy to use and helpful. I like it shows “incredible deal” when someone is selling tickets under the age process for that particular section!

I asked for a refund that they promised and I was trying to advise them I need the refund on a new card cz the one I used to pay with I don’t have no more and the agent was really rude and did not help me at all so there goes my hard working money down the drain I will keep writing reviews untill my frustration is resolved !!!

DO NOT TRUST!!!! I purchased my entry to EDC through stubhub. Over $600!!!! Traveled to Vegas! Got our hotel! Went to the event only to be told my entry had been cancelled! Stubhub resold me the pass without verifying that it was valid! Now it’s pending as a refund, as if stubhub could ever reimburse all of the money and time I’m out. I watched my three friends walk in and I couldn’t enter because I went through stubhub! DONT DO IT!!!! They’re crooks

Scalped tickets, without a guarantee they’ll be transferred to you. You cannot refund tickets even if they have not been transferred to you yet. I will never use the platform again, and I’d recommend you do the same

If you want your money stripped from you, the joy of going to concerts and events, or deal with scammers/ scalpers posing as reputable merchants only to find out they can invalidate your ticket, then this is the app! Customer service is not helpful at all. They just give you a ring around the posey and say they will do everything they can but , honestly, they can’t. They just let this fester until they can get your money and that’s that. You’re losing your money. Good luck and have a great day! I had the great opportunity to experience this and never again will this happen. Our tickets got invalidated a day before the concert and the only result we got was the “merchant” refused to correct this because we somehow got the tickets already. I’m glad scammers can roam free in this app. It’s a good place for them and the business model they got going works in their favor. A match made in heaven.

Misleading tickets and App Bugs. Bought clear view seats, gave me tickets with obstructed view and continued to sell them that way despite being totally fraud. Tried to get a refund and they refused. Tried to resell in the app and can’t without getting an endless loading screen.

Honestly the customer service team feels like a joke always answering “remember your backed by our fan guarantee” instead of giving me a clear answer, and seeing these fellow reviews of people getting refunded last second and missing out on show is something I should of read first. StubHub please get it together.

I bought a ticket through StubHub and the app said I’d receive it via email from DICE. I never got the email, and when I contacted customer service, they just said “sorry, we can’t help you.” No resolution, no refund, nothing. This experience was frustrating and disappointing. Be careful before buying—support is useless if something goes wrong.

Use ABSOLUTELY ANY OTHER resell service. StubHub is the absolute WORST. They allow tickets to be listed as “Amazing”, won’t let you know the assigned seat numbers, and sell you terrible seats and clean their hands by saying “your view is not obstructed” so that’s an amazing view. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Ticket wasn’t even allowed to be listed, out of $70 now cause of them. I couldn’t go to the event anymore any wanted someone else to get it. Sorry to the person that couldn’t go cause this company didn’t let me list the ticket.

Their guarantee is meaningless. 2 out of 3 times my tickets had to be replaced. Tonight the tickets were not equal or better. They actually delivered the tickets and then revoked them without notifying me. So I got to the gate and they would not scan from Apple Wallet. It took 36 minutes to get them replaced which caused me to be late to the provided Shift4 club dinner. The replaced tickets were worse. A $3 coupon was provided while the seat they gave me was selling for $13 less thang original seat. I was in section 19 row 4 originally with Lexus Club right in front of the dugout where they have entertainment between innings. The replacement was section 18 row 13 which was so much further back and included the downgraded Shift4 club. Get this. No one was in the seat I purchased. So they probably let the owner revoke the ticket and told me nothing. No notification there was a cancelation, just let the buyer go and find out. I’m a software engineer and this is pure negligence.

I had a terrible experience with StubHub. I had floor seats to post Malone, my tickets were suddenly voided a week before the concert, and I was on the phone with them multiple times a day trying to get it solved. StubHub never told me the root of the problem, I had to figure it out myself through talking to other people experiencing the same issue. After explaining the problem to StubHub, suddenly they had a solution. They said they would email me a list of replacement tickets to choose from since my previous seats were suddenly no longer mine (I never canceled my order). Well they never sent the replacements. I had to call them again and make them stay on the phone with me until they sent me the list. This was AFTER the concert already started. My previous floor seats I paid for were now upper bowl and I never got any money back either.

Get this i bought 2 deftones tickets early access on ticket master for my sister and i. fast forward months later as the concert date gets closer we decided we can't attend due to things popping out of no where so we decided to sell the tickets on stub hub on my account. i never had any issues selling tickets with stubbub before so i figured there wouldn't be any trouble selling these tickets. anyways i make a listing and i get to the part where i have to upload my tickets and i run into a problem with ticket master its the part where i have to verify my number and fyi i changed my number last year and i can't transfer the tickets over so i go back on stub hub and CANEL the listing till i get my account fixed with ticket master. after updating and multiple emails back and forth with ticket master i was able to finally able to transfer my tickets so i head back to stub hub and create a NEW listing and immediately upload my tickets. that same week my tickets get sold and i get a confirmation email with a receipt saying i've successfully sold my ticket BUT later that SAME DAY i get ANOTHER confirmation email saying i sold my tickets again. so i just assume its a error and that the email probably got sent twice by accident but just to be safe i check my account and i come to find out that the original listing i had created AND CANCELLED had still been up... i tried reaching out to stub hub customer service multiple times and even had to dispute it because they wouldn't even acknowledge that there was an error on their end and didn't want to give me my sales. i wouldn't be complaining if it weren't for the fact that they just stole $500+ from me... anyways DONT SELL your tickets stub hub. also after the second confirmation email they asked for my personal info (aka ssn) me being gullible i gave that away too and now i can't remove that or delete my account. help :T

This app always crashes and spins and spins and spins when it’s not crashing

I bought tickets on 3/14/25 and stubhub gave me tickets for a different show. I thought it would be easy to contact them and get a refund or exchange for the correct show. I was on the phone for 4 hours before someone finally said they could issue a refund after I sent the tickets in. I sent tickets in and emailed and called again. Still no refund and I missed the concert I bought tickets to. Do not use this app unless you want to get scammmed.

Worst System for Selling. It basically steals your money if you change/cancel your listing before putting a payout information. They promised tickets to interested buyers and took their money before guaranteeing the tickets. Then turn around and charge sellers even when they have not received payouts. Selling at SeatGeek is much safer and more clear.

The only reason I would say this to anyone else is because it’s not the same person

Bought a parking pass on StubHub, the ticket wouldn’t download when I was about to enter the event’s parking lot. I had to buy another parking pass there and stub hub refuses to reimburse my failed ticket that I purchased from them saying I should have called customer service while I was trying to get in the parking lot with a bunch of cars behind me waiting to get in. Pretty ridiculous response. Lost $133, thanks StubDud.

Bought tickets for US Open practice round from StubHub. Now I have to go to another app, make an account to get tickets. Never again. Pathetic.

I had pre booked parking pass and stub hub mentioned I should be receiving the tickets from Ticketmaster which I didn’t receive. Why should I receive tickets from another vendor when I booked from you ?? And on contacting them they are not taking the responsibility of the tickets. This is ridiculous

Tickets never came. They intentionally don’t provide a phone number. You can text with a bot and eventually a person who will tell you to wait for an email. After they realize you’re not going to get your tickets, the rep just disappears from the live chat.

We purchased parking passes and event tickets from StubHub to see Teddy Swims “I’ve tried everything but therapy” tour @Daily’s Place in Jacksonville Florida on February 28 2025 for a concert on May 10 2025. We were stuck in traffic for over an hour and a half. I was told by a Jacksonville Sheriff Officer that the event was overbooked. StubHub and Ticketmaster claim that they are not responsible for over $800.00 that we lost. Both parties blame each other. StubHub took the money from us and used Ticketmaster to issue the digital passes for parking and the ticket seating. We couldn’t park and missed seeing the show.Beware of this fraud that we have been through!

Bought tickets, spent $200 and they never showed up, asked for a refund and they didn’t do anything to help. Don’t waste your time and money with this company, they’ll take your money and then lie about giving you something in return
