We bought seat they never gave them to use and we missed the game and bobble-head. My family payed parking to while we waited. We called two times and the first person lied a whole bunch and then the second person was super rude the whole time. I think if I ever bought off this “company” again I would be super mad at myself. And the refund took forever and we spent a good amount of money. My kids are really mad they didn’t get the bobble-head. One of them LOVES bobble-heads from d-backs and had a whole spot for it on a self. Also we don’t live near the stadium so we wasted a lot of gas money as well. I’m very upset about how they handled this situation. UPDATE just checked and they had a bunch of open seat on the same section as us. I’m just can’t even believe how bad this company handled this whole situation. Very frustrating and disappointing. My kids are CRUSHED.

No Ticket No Refund. It was 100% Stubhub’s fault as I purchased an instant download ticket. Still no refund was provided because I didn’t report it quick enough was customer services final response. Providing a refund is the only meaningful apology. All these services have issues none of them actual guarantee anything, that’s just advertising. Everyone must be very vigilant using Stubhub or they will leave you ticketless and without a refund.

I had family come from Japan just to watch the Lakers. I purchased tickets and never received the download. I called customer service and they said to check back at 4:30pm (3 hours before tipoff). I called back and they said to call back at 5:30 (2 hours before tipoff). All to say I never received the tickets and my families trip from Japan was ruined because of Stubhub. Customer service didn’t care. Don’t purchase your tickets from Stubhub. They are the worst. They don’t care.

Zero stars Stub Hub is not legit. I bought tickets from them and they sold them without our consent right before the event to someone else. Terrible customer service. Save yourself some stress and don't buy from StubHub!

Many downsides in purchasing tickets from StubHub: Seat numbers are not displayed when you buy tickets. So you will only know the row, but not the exact seat number. That’s definitely a problem. After purchasing your tickets, they are usually not available, nor transferred to you until the day of the event. They are usually stored with Safeticketsdelivery.com, a third party provider. This can make it really difficult, if not impossible, to resale your tickets on a different or same platform. Overall a not so friendly, nor streamlined customer experience. Poor and incompetent customer service as well

Your payment card and money is not safe on their app. They will cancel show and not refund you. They are a scam

I just purchased 2 tickets and noticed that the seats do not match theater seating chart.

Do not buy tickets from this company they will take your money. The tickets are through a 3rd party and its saying i wont receive the tickets till the day of, i live 3 hours from my even and the last thing i want to do it get my tickets till after the show. Shut the open down!

A fraudulent purchase was made through my StubHub account for around $550. StubHub’s solution was to “investigate” and claim it was a family member, after I told them several times that it was not a family member. Now I will be getting a lawyer involved with StubHub.

The worst app in America. I was very disappointed with the process of me NEVER receiving my tickets. They wait until the day of to let you know that you’ll never get your tickets.

Do NOT recommend the day of our show it said our tickets were on the way and the seller never sent them to us. Drove 3 hours just to not go to the show.

Spent $365 on tickets to a specific section at an event. Was finally sent tickets 30 minutes before the event and they were not even the tickets I bought and we had to sit in the second to last row in the highest section of the stadium. Contacted StubHub the next day and they told me there was nothing they could do.

Stubhub is pretty close to legal extortion. Their fees are astronomically high, and they don’t even disclose the fees to you until reach the very end of the check out process. The underlying tech of the app actually functions quite well, and linking tickets from stubhub to the various separate apps stadiums use is quite easy. The technology itself should get 5-stars, but I can’t think of a company I’ve ever interacted with that I disliked more than Stubhub. Even one star seems too high for their business model.

Stubhub will sell you tickets and not notify you of risks. I received tickets only after the game had ended

They sell but don’t deliver. Then refuse service day after event even though they claimed it was delivered. Please stay away from this company and poor customer service.

Why???? Why do we need another app to purchase tickets that are only available in yet another app? And why has EVERY parking pass I’ve ever purchased on StubHub turned out to be expired, invalid, or otherwise nonexistent? Honestly, this feels like a bigger con than Ticketmaster itself.

This website, makes you purchase their fan-protect that does not even protect your ticket. Additionally stub hub doesn’t do refund, and no where when you purchase a ticket does it say that. No where. So you can spend $84 on a ticket like me and never get a refund. Even when the fan-protect says if your ticket is not honored they will give you a full refund. It is also hard to get in contact with a real person that actually knows what they are talking about, there is no email to email either the one the bot provided is not valid and your email will be sent back to you. No matter how hard you try to fight it they just say unfortunately we cannot offer a refund. Do not get your tickets on StubHub, especially if you may need a refund.

I’ve bought 2 tickets with them and I never end up getting a ticket like promised. First time they gave me a credit for the “inconvenience” which makes up for the crazy service fees they claim. Second time I never got my tickets online like they said I would so I had to buy them in person. Such a waste.

The customer service was not helpful and please note that your email is not on private relay or you will not receive proper updates and they will not work with you to make updates. They make it your fault problem & you can not update your information when the listing is in process. I also never received tickets for a hockey game and was not given seats in the same/similar section for the same price. I ended up having to buy on another site and was late to the game.

Ticket guarantee is a total fabrication. I was sold a ticket and traveled to a city for a show, only to find out the seller didn’t transfer the ticket. Instead of providing me an alternative, which were available, they said a refund was only option. Straight up lied to me. Use one of the many alternatives, not StubHub

FanProtect guarantee is a scam. I got tickets with an obstructed view which was not disclosed on the ad description. Customer service did nothing to help and stated that because I used my tickets I was guaranteed nothing. The BBB does not recommend using this app or site.

I purchased tickets to an event roughly three months out; great seats. It says they will send an email saying they are ready, and the tickets are protected by the FanProtect Guarantee. Fast forward to roughly 30 minutes before the event starts, and I don’t have my tickets. I call their customer support, and they say my tickets were not saved. They gave me the option of a refund or leftover tickets in the nosebleeds. Still wanting to go to the event, I opted for the nosebleeds. Those came within minutes of my call through a different carrier because Stubhub is a third party carrier, so there was no actual guarantee that I could retrieve the seats I purchased THREE months ago. Stubhub, I would like a refund due to the large difference in the value of the tickets that I purchased compared to the ones I had to settle for.

This platform doesn’t know how to communicate with their consumers. If you try to resell tickets for a big event, they advertise “flex pricing”. Flex pricing sounds like it’s there as a safety net - something used last minute to make sure your ticket sells. Nope! As soon as you approve, flex pricing allows your ticket to be sold at face value, rather than the price you already paid for it to begin with! Lost $400+ on tickets thanks to this. Go with someone else!

This is so outrageous I have to submit. Processing fee for $37 tickets was $42. That’s a laugh & a hard no. So I gave money to Seat Geek. there’s a considerable difference & I’m super pleased. 3 rows closer was actually cheaper. And regular processing fees! It’s hard to compare, cuz I got way better seating, but Geek Seat sold me 2 (processed) tickets for less than 1 from from stub hub. I basically got a free ticket with a discount and better seating

This sight is full of resellers trying to sell tickets before they even go on pre sale let alone general public sale… wont even give refunds when the tickets aren’t been transferred and officially mine… they also allow a transfer date the date of some concerts…also seems like a scam haven’t had an issue until now if I could go back I would…

I am not able to accept or pull my tickets. I paid for the tickets 3 weeks ago and still no proof of tickets other than proof of purchase. SCAM!!!!!!

These people are the absolute worst. I had a show that got canceled where they offer this nice 120% to not request your money back. Turns out you can’t actually use the voucher. I have spent hours in the phone with them for them to tell me they are “re-escalating the case” what a joke. 7 weeks later and still no refund.

StubHub doesn’t care about the customer. They “guarantee” tickets, but if you have to use the guarantee, they don’t actually back it up. What a waste of money. If I could rate zero stars I would.

Last year I went to the Sweat Tour and bought my ticket months ahead and they never sent the tickets. I was charged and obviously called them the night of the concert, and they basically just gave me a “we’re sorry” message paired with a terrible refund/replacement policy. Just use ticketmaster, don’t trust StubHub!!!

If you can buy or sell your tickets elsewhere, I suggest you do it!

$14 service fee for a $19 ticket? $53 service fee for a $140 ticket? Bad deal all around and unfortunate

Ordered pit tickets… for an event. Got general admission instead. Spent hours with customer support. Fan protection is a joke. Beware.

Waited until a couple hours before the event to email the parking details. Had to download an app that had no ability to enter the Rental ID I was given. The lot was unattended so I had no one to show my order to. I had to scan the QR code at the lot and pay an additional $21. When I tried to get a refund today, I was told I had to provide a picture of the unattended lot. After 3 chats (the first 2 times out after a couple of minutes), the issue was unresolved. I was unable to paste a Google maps image that clearly shows this parking lot is an unattended field with a fence around it. I will never be using StubHub again!

0/5 stars. 5 calls into customer service later and still no resolution. It’s a freaking joke and an absolute waste of time. The event was 8 days ago and I’m still chasing a refund with no end in sight. Stub hub is not worth the headache. Take your business elsewhere. All customer service is non-US basded too, so get ready to repeat your issue 100 times.

The parking offered was too far and we couldn’t even use it after paying almost $40. We found another parking close by for $10. We find so stupid to offer a far parking lot when you have one really close. Waste of time and money. The ballet performance was great though!

The seller didn't transfer the ticket until the deadline, which is 3 hour before the event, and their representatives keeps guarantee me that a replacement ticket will be issued, until one hour before the event. And the only option they gave me is refund. And ask me to rebook by myself for a ticket that is only 20 dollars more expensive than my original ticket. They charge me fee for more than 20 dollars. There are really should be another class action raised against them.

Terrible service, I tried to sell some tickets for an event I couldn't attend and when I sold the tickets and confirmed delivery, they created another sale and told me that if I didn't sell the other tickets for less than what I paid, they would fine me $300. They didn't want to lose. In addition, I paid $380 for the tickets and they were only going to pay me $210. I don't recommend them. Terrible service, I recommend Ticketmaster!

Bought tickets for a hockey game this weekend, when I couldn’t access them through stubhubs website they refused to give me a refund right away, beware buying from stubhub if you want to avoid issues

If StubHub is listening, a suggested improvement to the app - when the user clicks on Profile > My Sales, it defaults to “Open” versus “Completed” so that requires an extra step to see your sales (don’t even know what “Open” sales would be). Then the default sort is “Event Date” ascending, so in my case, showing sales from 4+ years ago; with no sort available to show the most recent sales at the top of the list, requiring to page forward to the very end of the listing. Making the default by Event Date descending, and/or adding a sort option for “Sale Date (descending)” would be a huge value add.

I purchased tickets to NCAA March Madness. By the day of the event the seller had still not provided the tickets. I had three chats with agents via the app and three separate phone calls with Stub Hub agents. Each one reassured me that I was covered by the FanProtect Guarantee. The event came and went, no alternative tickets were provided, no promised email with next steps was sent, and as of right now, no refund has been provided. The app is good at collecting money and connecting you to a chat, but when things go wrong, the agents are not empowered to actually fix your problem. Instead the spend hours “looking into the problem” and “escalating to the relevant team”. StubHub, please make this right.

“Every ticket is guaranteed” is a scam and they will wait to tell you the day of your game that they can’t fulfill the tickets that your purchased. Their “guarantee” is that you can have worse seats or full refund “and not attend the game but at least you get your money back” (direct quote). Bought tickets for my wife’s bday with all our friends and they all used Seat Geek and had no issues! Unfortunately I used StubHub and they screwed us so now we will sit away from all our friends for my wife’s bday. Use SEAT GEEK or Ticketmaster!!!

How they still are old to have tickets sold on their app is astonishing. Can’t get a person to ever help with anything. Hope the worst for them long term

I drove hours out with my family and once we got there we were told that we couldn’t get our tickets and that we would have to buy others or get a refund and seeing other comments I doubt ill be seeing my money

All automated, keeps telling you not to worry, that your tickets will come in. Even if it’s ten minutes before the game starts. Ended up having to buy other tickets and get a refund on the originals. Missed a good portion of the game. Customer service is non existent!!! Do not recommend!
