StubHub: Event Tickets App Reviews

Tickets went off sale way before game time. Used another app.

Purchased tickets through stub hub, when I hit purchase there was an error, once refreshed the purchase went through however I was issued the wrong tickets. When I contacted stub hub the customer service was non existent.

Went to Garth Brooks through Stubhub and it was another successful transaction. We had no problems getting tickets and entering the show. -thanks sutbhub.

Great app to compliment a great company.

Search features are pretty slick and easy to navigate. The only thing I dont like is that you have to keep repeating to ask to have fees included. I wish you can have settings where you can do that automatically without having to ask each time

Anytime I wish to buy tickets this app is great. Any time I have to get rid of tickets I lose money and get screwed. There is no way to change the currency from US to CAD so not only are you losing money on service fees but also on the exchange.

Look I dont write very many positive reviews but I have to say Stub hub is so easy to use, have had great seats in both bean town and TO. So easy to use.

Great app sold tickets and got the money simple, fast, reliable.

Bait and switch app that over promises and under delivers. Dont trust these con artists.

Stubhub is great, the only downside to the app is that its not apple wallet compatible and you need to print all your tickets.

Stub hub is when the best place to get tickets and I love that theyre guaranteed

A vile and parasitic app ruining the concert going experience for an entire generation. Why cant someone make an app to allow bands to sell tickets themselves.

Might stop using stubhub if this keeps up... Extra step for verification. Always asking for code sent to email or text. I understand you need it for extra security but its too much ... Geez this is annoying... Others have stated the same. Your going to start losing business!!!! If you dont fix it to run proper only when needed.

Tried downloading this app to buy a ticket for an upcoming concert and it wouldnt even let me sign in with my email address. I confirmed I was using the correct password and address but still nothing. This app gave me nothing but frustration. One star.

Worst ticketing app Ive ever TRIED to use

Keep putting in "wrong" password, tried resetting it a bunch of times but still doesnt work. Dont get unless you want trash

Super easy to use

Pretty straightforward app. Wouldnt let me use my PayPal, kept saying there was an error (odd because I use it fine for everything else). Worked with my Visa just fine, though. Only lists in US prices and doesnt mention (or explain) additional fees until checkout. Could be improved pretty easily. Not sure why StubHub cant make a better app.
