StubHub: Event Tickets App Reviews

Prices are in USD on canadian app for use in Canada. "Service" fees are also way too high. App isnt even very well made either. $40 hockey tickets become almost $80 when they appear on your credit card bill after conversion and fees...

Trying to sell and setting up an account is horrible

Ive only used Stubhub once and it was with this app. Worked great. Was for Blue Jays game in Seattle. Great seats. Yea prices the are in USD, so you use math, convert it to CAD, and move on. Instant confirmation email when tickets were purchased. Easily loaded right into my iPhone "wallet". Will use it again

If you use stubhub and have a smart phone, you will obviously get the app, barely any need for reviews. I cant really think of any problems other than not being able to NOT specify the exact seats like on the desktop site. Fees will need to come down, or coupons dispensed to compete with Ticketmaster resale.

Sometimes app sluggish when looking at sections

Good app, but all prices in USD, even when purchasing Canadian tickets. It would be nice to have the option to look at prices in CAD. Or other currencies.

Posted tickets for a show at face value as I dont want to make money off tickets , just wanted to get my money back , they sold on ticketmaster site .. As I go to take it off stubhub .. I was unable to access stub hub due to errors on the site and by then my tickets sold on stubhub . Charged me 450usd. Which is more then the face value of the tickets . So outrageous . Site is very confusing , who ever owns stub hub must be laughing making money of idiots like me by legal Mambo jumbo ... Very upset , will never use them again.

User of stubhub and app since day 1 . With last upgrade you can not view all your listings ( only 40 is the max). Interactive map times out and favourites do not work. When buying tickets make sure you do. It get timed out since the person selling tickets if they update the prices while your in check out you will pay more $ - desktop version much more cleaner

Super useful app once you want to plan your week in NY!

Only shows 40 listings... If you have over 40 wont let you edit. Update has made it unusable

The app is really cool and their service is great. StubHub is the best ticket reseller and they have the best customer service. I got a no-questions-asked refund of my ticket when I had an issue with one of the tickets I bought for E-Zoo. The app is an absolute beauty to use. Love it !

Needs to fix digital tickets to wallet.

Not many apps run this efficiently and smoothly, whenever I get my tickets they are on my phone ready to go and if I need to print them I can do it either through email or printing them out right from the app! Many other companies can learn a few things from StubHub!

Multiple error messages - cannot sign in- wont let me see my tickets!! Tried the online site- error messages - try again issues!! Just want my tickets! The show is tomorrow!!!

I dont know if this a glitch but I cannot view the four tickets I purchased through the app, only one. I can view all of them through the website though. Please fix.

Only place I buy my tickets for all events. Always been great, never any issues!
