StubHub: Event Tickets App Reviews

Running on an iPhone 6 w/ iOS8.3, this app crashes when trying to view bought tickets.

Tried multiple times to add a card. Seems like no functionality for non-US addresses. No explicit guarantee of mobile ready ticket, unknown errors, and stupidly high fees for single passes.

I use all the time. Tickets are available quickly. When Ive sold everything was smooth. The only thing Id like to see is real alerts when a price alert is achieved. Every time I see an email of a price alert the tkts are already sold.

Wish they would show prices in CAN, instead of getting a surprise after purchase with the converted amount.

Super easy to use. Receive downloaded tickets fast. Never any issues. Only place I get tickets to sporting events now

Sometimes Im not even sure if its USD or CAD that Im buying stuff with though, it seems to be switching lately.

Purchases are seemless, sales are not supported on any mobile idevice though it doesnt tell you that, the support people mention it after you have spent An hour of your life

I love this app only thing I wish is that prices show CDN currency.

Stub Hub cancelled my order then locked me out of my account on my first order. Apparently the issue is because the app does not require an address to setup the initial profile. However you need this to place orders. It will take 48 hours for them to fix it.. Boo, I expect better.

So I live in Canada and I was trying to buy tickets for an event not knowing that when I bought the tickets it was priced as USD instead of Canadian dollars which I paid $300 extra for the tickets ... Over paid for nothing cause of the convention rate do not buy tickets here if your from Canada over priced

The price showed used to be what you paid, not anymore.

I would expect more information about events: description, photos or at least link to the website. Other than that its very useful.

Used to use stub hub all the time.... Everything used to be included in price. Now when you buy a ticket they add 10$ or more USD in fees at check out. Which is often almost 40 percent of the cost of the tickets I buy. Plus for some reason they wont change it to Canadian dollars so its hard to tell how much you are going to pay when it is processed. Plus you may have to pay exchange fees. If you see a ticket to a hockey game for "20$" youll pay about 50$ or more Canadian by the end

Stubhub is the main app/website I use to buy tickets. Only thing I would change is that it shows Canadian prices

Why wouldnt you put the Canadian Version of this app in Canadian Dollars. Its ludicrous. Especially given the exchange rate in US Dollars. Terrible.

1st thing that annoys me is that you guys dont sell wheelchair accessible tickets 2nd thing is it needs to be in Canadian dollars or at least have the option to change it in the settings.

Have used Stubhub for a few years. Never a problem and always secure. Have purchased many sports tickets and concerts. Instant download is great!

Ive bought many tickets, mostly NHL games, on this app. Only had a problem once in which the seller miss led the section and jacked the price up on some seats but stubhub gave me a FULL REFUND! Good for you guys for standing behind your product! Love the app super easy to use!
