StubHub: Event Tickets App Reviews

I love StubHub sooooo much. I found a FIRST ROW ticket for under $200 on here. Ill always use this website as an option for tickets!

I guess its just a terrible port of their website. Incredibly clunky and hardly works.

I tried to reset my password with stub hub multiple times. Yesterday! I still havent gotten an email to reset it. Yes I checked my junk mail and spam as well. I also tried to email a ticket to someone and they didnt get it in time for the show, so I had to meet him. Other wise, the way you choose a ticket using the seating chart and it shows you what the view will be like is pretty amazing. Frustrating I had to use my bfs email and create a new account so I could even buy a ticket.

What happened to all-in pricing?

Buy your tickets to any event knowing you will be taken care of. The app is excellent 5 stars, and they actually answer the phone if you call them with buying tickets. Ill never shop around again. Stub Hub is the best! Thank you

Every time I attempt to look at my purchased tickets, the app crashes!

The app is ok if youre unable to get to a desktop. I usually buy tickets on the way to the stadium because a lot of sellers drop their prices at the last minute... BUT beware, the app charges 1-3 dollars more per ticket than the website does.

I like going to concerts, every time I plan to buy a ticket I go through all the websites that offer these tickets, and compare prices and stuff, after trying some of them including stubhub, It was simply the most direct one explaining and showing everything about the event, and seating details.

I guess VR is still a long way away...

Overall good app. But with recent updates, when looking at different sections on the stadium map, it relocated the map to the cheapest ticket. This makes comparing similar location burdensome.

App keeps crashing when scanning tickets for sell. I chatted online with customer service about it but they closed the chat when they couldnt figure it out... StubHub is making millions robbing people blind with their outrageous fees but they wont bother fixing their app... What a joke!

Remember when stubhub used to advertise for no hidden fees? I suppose they werent lying because their $30 fees on two tickets for $120 was right up front. So ridiculous that they would have the guts to do that. Not using this app anymore.

I like the VR experience in ATT&T park.

What a dysfunctional app. It failed to recognize my iPay account and my PayPal account, and then continuously erased my entries when I attempted to pay by credit card. A real mess.

StubHub used to be a great site and application. Now theyre forcing people to go through Flash Seats for ticket delivery, charging an additional 33% over the costs, and wait for it NOT DELIVERING THE TICKETS!! Ill never ever purchase anything from StubHub again! Customer service directs you to Flash Seats support which is non existent. Thank God for Platinum American Express Support to disputes this insane charge and failure to deliver the tickets.

Applauded them when the switch to include fees was upfront but they have gone back to misleading ticket prices. Never using the app again
