StubHub: Event Tickets App Reviews

Ever since the update I cant find the seating chart. It is not their. I can not look at a seating map or find which section I am Looking to purchase. Horrible update.

After updating on April 12, 2016, now the seating charts for any events is not downloading. Please fix this bug.

Ridiculous that a company with this much history could release a new update that simply is not working. Cant properly list seats. Can no longer search for seats by clicking on the stadium. Total fail

Ive used the website before with no issues and friend said to try using the app. Multiple errors on my card info, told me the password was wrong when its the same password Ive had. Just a terrible app.

Works great and able to search for different events with ease and it lists the starting price of tickets on the search page so I dont even have to click on an event to gauge approx cost to attend.

App doesnt work. "There was a problem processing your request. Please try again." Come on... Fix it already. Also said immediate download. It took a few hours to get my tickets. I also said show on phone at venue. Now my tickets say must print!!!

They wanted to charge me $14.00 for a $68.00 ticket for a Washington Nationals game! Thats a 20% fee! I bought the ticket using TickPick instead - NO fees whatsoever!

Lots of good deals on sports events and the new 3D seatview looks awesome!

I use to but from app all the time now it only gives me errors PLEASE FIX ASAP.

I love StubHub. Ive only had an issue with tickets once and customer service fixed it immediately. Ive been able to see so many sold out shows through this service. The app works great and I can access tickets on it so I dont have to print.
