Its super easy to buy my tickets but the fees can become a little misleading. Good app though!! Never crashes on me

The price alert feature only lets you set a price and a zone. Not specific enough.

Charging seller and buyer fees. Making close to 25% profit on each ticket. App is marginal and using a web version is really bad.

Trying to purchase tickets, Apple Pay payment method doesnt work. When you click on the Black Apple Pay button on the bottom nothing happens.

I use Stubhub to sell my baseball tickets that I cant use. Yes they are expensive and their fees are high but when you purchase through them you know you are getting into the game. Now their new app is UNUSABLE! Before I could just scan the bar codes in and set my price. Now when I open up the app a pop up message appears that I cant get pass because it is behind my on screen key board. Stupid. Doesnt anyone test these things?

Stubhub provided reliable service in the past and consistently had real tickets. Now they are plagued with fake tickets, and their customer service is utterly worthless. Im hesitant to buy from them going forward.

I love that you dont have to print out your event tickets now you can easily scan it strict from your phone

U might get a good deal once a year on a event but the fees and prices are too high . Seat geek is much cheaper.

Hey yall. It was my first time ever. Seing A major league soccer game

The new fee system makes stubhub completely obsolete. What used to be a great way to buy and sell tickets is now so taxed theres no point in using it. A $10 ticket comes with a $6 fee. A $30 ticket comes with a $12 fee and so on, only getting more expensive as the prices go up. Whats the point? Ill get tickets elsewhere

After downloading and signing into my account to pull up my 4 tickets for a game that starts in a couple of hours to discover that it shows all 4 tickets as the same one ticket. I called Stub Hub support and I was told that the app does NOT work. She told me to go to a public library and print them!?!?

Every Time I go to look for tickets I cant see the seating chart so I have to scroll to find the section I like and cant even organize it how I like because I cant pick the section because the map doesnt come up. Pointless.

I had the same issue where I bought tickets and they showed up as one ticket. I just printed them off and it was fine but that defeats instant download. And there is no map to pick my seats. I have refreshed and updated the app and nothing. Please fix!!

The updateis a mess for the iPhone. This should not have been released. It seems like every time stubhub attempts to make technical improvements they actually make things worse. I cannot view seating maps on the app since an update was made.
